Manoel M. C. Meira is a Ph.D. student in Sciences at Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture of the University of São Paulo (USP). He holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia (2022), and a Masters of Science in Technology of the University of Campinas (2024). He also holds a Specialist degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from ESIC - Business & Marketing School (2024). He has research experience in environmental sciences, air sampling, nanotechnology and georeferencing.

The course LCF5900 - Open and Reproducible Processing of Scientific Data (1st semester, 2025) proposes a set of procedures and presents tools that enable researchers to handle data in an open and reproducible manner. The goal is to develop scientific work that allows anyone to understand and replicate the steps of an analysis. The production of reproducible and open scientific results, along with the use of open workflows, facilitates the sharing of analyses and collaboration with others, as well as the open publication of data and workflows for better dissemination of scientific knowledge.
