I studied genetic engineering in India for a bachelor's degree. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Food Science and Technology at ESALQ, USP. Previously, I have worked on drug discovery in-silico projects. For my master's, I am working on reformulating table sugar with my advisor Prof Severinoo Matias de Alencar.
